👍 Good value for the price of this hotel. A good 15min walk from seibu chichibu express station. Staffs are really accommodating and friendly. Challenges are some staffs could communicate with basic english. It's ok, you got to always have a translator app. THE ROOM: Its like a mini studio condo room type, u got a small kitchen counter with sink. Good sizeable queen size bed and a sidetable and small couch. 👍 Experience local homemade food. They have a designated smoking room by the entrance of the lobby. 👍 Good washing machine at the laundry room. Toilets and mini bathroom so cute and clean. 👍 Free water and specific schedule time for free coffee

Check in and out was very easy - and there were many amenities available upon check in, like toothbrushes, cotton swabs, wash cloths, etc. The room is quite spacious and has a large bedroom, especially by Japan standards. The bed is comfy and the whole room was very clean. Breakfast was also very tasty and had a pretty expansive spread.

It was very spacious, with a balcony also. There was a microwave, which was very handy. It had a top sheet on the bed, which I always appreciate. Also, there were plenty of hangers. Very cheap.

The hotel is located right in the center of Chichibu and a fantastic starting point to explore all parts of the city. The room was way more luxurious than I expected it to be and the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. It was also really quiet.

Our second stay here. Very wonderful. Good location, comfortable beds, perfect location, very close to both the main station and SEIBU-chichibu. The breakfast was delicious, though keep in mind, not western style.

The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the station. It's in a quiet neighborhood. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Everything in the room was clean and worked well. The room had a kitchen sink and microwave oven, a very welcome surprise.
